This end‑to‑end platform combines IO Industries’ professional 8K image capture with NxVi’s real‑time 8K extraction, AI enhancement and IP‑based broadcast processing. IO Industries camera lineup includes models for standard resolutions at 2K/4K/8K, and non-standard resolutions from 3.2MP to 65.4MP. The lens in this specific setting supports high‑bandwidth CoaXPress digital output over coaxial or fiber cabling, along with flexible optics RF‑mount and other interchangeable lens options, making it ideal for high‑demanding 8K live capture in stadiums, stages, immersive installations and professional broadcast environments.

Paired with THEIA E1, the system supports 8K content passthrough for transparent, low-latency signal routing, and delivers 3-channel ROI (Region of Interest) plus 1-channel full-view SDI output, supporting flexible multi-view 8K content extraction and synchronous transmission. It features precision extraction & zoom with 4K/FHD extraction and auto‑scaling for flexible content framing and on‑demand detail enhancement, along with breakthrough optional upgradable capabilities: object tracking and intelligent cropping powered by an AI engine, as well as distortion-free imaging enabled by fisheye dewarping. For streamlined operation, the control system supports VISCA protocol and WebGUI management, delivering intuitive local and remote operation. THEIA E1 also features native 12G‑SDI and upcoming full ST2110 IP protocol support with PTP clock and NMOS compliance, ensuring seamless integration into modern broadcast and remote production infrastructures.

“Our collaboration with IO Industries creates a true, production‑ready end‑to‑end 8K pipeline from high‑resolution camera capture to real‑time AI‑enhanced processing. THEIA E1’s workflow perfectly complements IO Industries’ top tier 8K video cameras, solving critical challenges for broadcasters, live events and large‑venue productions. We are thrilled to showcase this industry‑leading solution at NAB 2026.” said Nick Wang, Product Director at NxVi Technology.

The global market for 8K live production, ultra‑wide immersive display and intelligent video processing is accelerating rapidly across sports broadcasting, concerts, stadiums, education and fixed installations. The joint IO Industries × NxVi solution reduces system complexity, improves image quality and expands creative flexibility, creating strong commercial opportunities for content owners, broadcasters, rental fleets and system integrators worldwide.
